Synopsis
Olivia Martin is living the life of an average college student. She has a boyfriend, average grades and a sarcastic attitude about life. When her father and stepmother are killed in a car accident she doesn't think it a big loss because "They were never good parents to begin with." When she talks to her father's lawyer about what her father left her in his will, she is shocked to discover that her father and stepmother have named Olivia the guardian of their four-year old daughter. Now Olivia needs to grow up quickly and make some tough decisions regarding the constant changes in her life.
The movie "Hello Sister, Good-Bye Life" was based on this book.
